No! This is an additional support service and you should still work with your coach. Our approach is complementary to the on-court work you are doing to improve your game. We will work alongside your coach to ensure you have an integrated training programme.
To maximise your potential it is important to develop all four performance factors - mental, physical, tactical, and technical. We work with your coach to ensure that you are on the right track with your mental fitness training.

The programme is 12 weeks so you have a chance to thoroughly understand, apply, and embed the tools from our three step framework. This is in keeping with recommendations from the academic literature.
At the end of 12 weeks, we encourage you to continue using these tools on a regular basis. Just like going to the gym to cultivate physical fitness, you can make great progress in 12 weeks, and then you should aim to keep up that habit into the future.

In order to make a transformation, you need to be competing in tournaments or league matches on a regular basis during the 12 week programme. In between coaching sessions, you will need to apply the tools in training scenarios (that we provide) so you can become mentally fitter and win more matches.

Yes and no. The coaching takes place off court, via zoom (or face-to-face). Between each coaching session, you will practise using the tools and integrate the approaches during your training, your practise matches, and in competition.
